Oasis after-sales service :
Oasis commitment to customers we provide  “warranty in one year, maintain of lifelong.”
1 Since the date you delivery beginning, if the goods unable to use normally because of quality in one year, we provide maintain with free, chang new, return of goods services.
2. The services we provide are maintain,chang new, return of goods.If the product unable to meet your use requirements, we can exchang other product with the same kind for you, we also can exchang orther product with the same species if there have not the same kind product ,we accept return of goods under the above two are not meet you.
3. In the alloted time of warranty,if the product damaged because of man-made,we provide maintain service for customers,we only charge service cost.
4. Out of  the alloted time of warranty,any reasons lead to damage of product, we can provide high-quality and low-cost maintain service,but we can not provide chang new or return of goods.
5. If customers demand, we can provide re-demolition, packaging, installation of product, the number of open, we only charge reasonable service cost.
6. After we received telephone complaints,we will call back within 24hours, give treatment program within 48hours, We will provide onsite services in 3days to Guangzhou and Shengzhen
7 .This commitment is not used in the special preference product without three-service .
